AA Breakdown Insurance has really good customer service that you can even contact even on a Sunday, get quick response, and thus are very effective. Direct Line Car Insurance, however, have had its customers complain of poor standards and poor customer service from repair centre staff. Norwich Union Car Insurance, similar to AA, is great value for money with friendly staff. However, they overcharged for insuring a hire car. Customers should take great care before taking out insurance from any of the insurers. Ask around, read reviews, compare policies, read terms and conditions carefully before making the decision. |
